What services do you offer?
Klā Studios offers creative services including brand & lifestyle photography, event coverage, and concert photograph—along with strategy and creative direction for campaigns, visual storytelling, and content production.
How do I book a session or project?
You can fill out our inquiry form with details about your vision or project. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to schedule a brief discovery call to align on your goals, timeline, and next steps.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for shoots and 6–8 weeks for larger creative projects to ensure availability and proper planning time.
What’s your turnaround time for photos?
Edited galleries are typically delivered within 1 week after your session. Larger events or brand shoots may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. If you need the images with a quicker turnaround time, that option is available at an additional cost.
Do you travel for shoots or projects?
Yes! Klā Studios is based in Atlanta but available for travel domestically and internationally. Travel fees vary by location and will be discussed during booking.
How does payment work?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to gallery delivery or upon project completion, depending on the scope. Payment plans are available for select projects.
Will I receive RAW images?
RAW files are not included in final deliveries. You’ll receive a curated gallery of professionally edited images that reflect Klā Studios’ signature style and quality.
Can I request additional edits?
Absolutely, we offer additional edits upon request for an added fee. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll provide a quote.
How will I receive my photos?
Your final images will be delivered via an online Pixieset gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos with ease.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens, we get it. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations forfeit the deposit fee.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our photoshoot?
We'll \keep an eye on the weather forecast leading up to the shoot. If the weather isn’t ideal, we can reschedule (subject to availability) to ensure we get the best possible conditions for your photos.
Do you collaborate with brands or agencies?
Yes! We love creative partnerships. Whether you’re a brand, agency, or fellow creative, reach out through our inquiry form to discuss collaboration opportunities.
